DRY DRILLING
Coring in masonry, limestone, sandstone or aerated concrete?
All softer stones can be cored without water cooling with our dry cutting core bits.
You can drill perfectly round holes without vibrations and broke pieces so that only minimal finishing of the cutting edges will be needed (if any).
Examples: holes for kitchen hoods, water pipes, drains, vents, etc.

WALL SOCKET DRILL BITS
Especially for drilling wall sockets for electric installations in existing or new buildings.
You will core neat holes that are completely covered by the outlet or light switch, so there is no work afterwards for finishing the edges.
Dry coring can be done in soft materials. Water cooled drilling is used for concrete, wet stones and other hard materials.
Can also be used with a standard drilling machine through a variety of adapters.

ACCESSORIES
ADAPTERS & EXTENSIONS
In our large selection of adapters and shim rings you will find the solution to use a core bit or saw blade on a machine with a not matching thread or bore.
If the required adapter is not in our standard program, we will manufacture it for you.
When you need to drill deeper than the core bit length allows, we have extension pieces in our program, so you do not always need to buy a longer core bit.

WATER SWIVELS
Is drilling in concrete, tiles or other hard materials an incidental job for you? Or is a professional coring machine beyond your budget or not profitable?
With our water swivels, water cooled core bits can be used on a standard drilling machine!
How does it work? The water swivels is mounted between the machine and core bit. It provides a water supply connection with Gardena coupling for a garden hose.
The water is fed via the body, through the hollow -double bearing and sealed- axis, into the centre of the diamond core-bit tube, which is the only proper way of cooling a core bit.
The water swivels are available in various connections for mounting to the shaft of your drill machine.

DUST EXTRACTION UNITS
Working in a dust free environment is important for your health! Furthermore: if quartz containing materials are to be drilled, dust free working is often mandatory by law!
With our dust extraction units, dust control will no longer be an issue.
How does it work? The dust extraction unit is mounted between the core bit and machine. Just connect the vacuum cleaner hose to the unit and start drilling.

Within our range of diamond coring machines you will find well-known brands like Cardi and Weka.
These are the best tools for continuous use and are widely used by professional coring companies.
In addition to these brands, we also have a budget line machines. These are perfect for contractors, electricians job and companies that want to perform incidental drilling by themselves.
Drilling can be done free handed, but using a drill stand is always recommended.
It provides stability and releases the operator from heavy stress to arms and wrists. Use of a drill stand is always required when drilling in concrete in diameters from 80mm, simply because you cannot provide the force and stability the bit requires for proper cutting.
For all machines there are suitable drill stands available.
